📺 My Thoughts
Overall reaction after movie ended was, it extremely mid and felt a bit childish - essentially everyone’s review who I saw it with. Way to much exposition, threat didn’t seem imminent, too many plot holes or downright questionable choices (leave brain behind). Not enough action, nor was the action memorable or exciting. Galactus was visually impressive but embarrassing to see play out in the final act. Super power were essentially never used and climax felt extremely predictable. Felt like a standalone movie with no setup towards Doomsday without the post credits scene. Surprising international appraise however box office performance contradicting the reviews. Actors were extremely mid with almost no chemistry. Like Superman, no badass moments which used to be synonymous with superhero movies. Mom thought it was for kids.
